, I just officially got my Doctorship =) Isn’t it a memorable day, and all praises given to God ?
I am at the airport now, Coffee Bean, sipping ice-blended and browsing through the sweet memories of last week Phuket trip. Thinking about my dear course mates still at Putrajaya listening to the necessary humdrum.
O well, the get up and leave moment was really tough. Due to circumstances, I can’t properly bid farewell to my dearest friends. We can only wave and gaze, parted by the table and chairs, and the ongoing lecture. Definitely not what I had in mind, but of course if I get to hug ya all, surely the water dam of the lacrimal gland will break. Joan who sat beside me, gave me a hug I appreciate but chose not to return for fear of wetting my cheeks. My comrades of 5 years…
In life, paths cross. People come and people go. Every hello has a goodbye. The thing that matters is during that encounter, how we had impacted one another’s life. It is weird not to see the people that you used to see everyday. It is not my first episode of goodbye, but I never get used to farewells =)
To my dental friends, we will meet again during convo la, get togethers la or even during FDI-MDA conferences, k. And whoever getting married, must invite me, ok !! And if I am getting married, all of you must come okkkk !!!
To my friends in Christ, continue to walk with Jesus. Til we meet at convention or la la la. Even if say, we do not meet again, let’s cheer for each other at the finishing line ok.
I cherish ya all. Apologize for all the stupid things I’ve said and done. Thank you for being part of my life, supporting me in these 5 colorful years.
